NYCC is an OMH-Licensed Article 31 Clinic
We offer counseling services, both in-office and via HIPAA-compliant telemental health, including assessments, individual sessions, group sessions, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Due to the COVID crisis, NYCC is open for limited in-person appointments when possible; however, NYCC has a wide range of hours available via telemental health, 7 days a week.

emerging practice techniques to maximize a clients
ability to engage positively with their treatment experience.
How It Works
The length of the program will depend on what service
you are being referred for. The program works with all
court mandates, non-mandated individuals and can
modify the length of any program to satisfy a variety of
issues/needs.

problematic sexual behaviors, sexual offenses,
batterers, anger management, and bias crimes.
Meet the Staff
Services are provided by licensed counselors with many
years of experience in the field. The agency is led by
Larry Menzie, LCSW/R and Beth Covelli, LCSW/R.
