We have always been passionate about teaching the next generation of mental health professionals how to provide quality care to their client base. To bring about this goal, we offer both clinical and non-clinical internship placements. Over the course of more than 15 years, we have worked with hundreds of interns who have gone on to earn licensure, attend PhD and PsyD programs, and become employed in positions across NYC and various states throughout the US.
We provide interns with hands-on experience to develop and hone the therapeutic skills they will need to become successful mental health clinicians. The clinical internship opportunity is for master's level students studying social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or another relevant field who will be completing a minimum 600-hour internship.
Clinical interns:
Non-clinical internship placements supporting administrative and clinical staff are occasionally available to students studying psychology, mental health administration, or another related field.
The agency hosts three internship cohorts throughout the academic year, starting in the Fall, Winter, and Summer, respectively.
